Privacy Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Refunds will only be issued if the item is defective or different from what was ordered. For any other reasons, such as a change of mind, a refund will not be provided, and only an exchange will be offered. Please note, no refund will be given if there is a price difference between the exchanged items. Additionally, customers will be responsible for shipping charges when sending the item back for exchange. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and ship the exchanged product. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable, except for defective sale items, which are eligible for exchange.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the situation and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
